If you purchase non-perishable items through our Website, you have the option to return them to il-Gastronawt within 14 days. However, this does not apply to sealed goods that you have unsealed after delivery. To qualify for a return, you must also provide proof of purchase.

  • Non-perishable items bought directly from il-Gastronawt can only be returned if they are faulty. You must provide the original receipt to process the return.
  • Perishable items—including food and beverages with short expiration dates or items that require refrigeration—cannot be returned, whether purchased in-store or online.
