On the palate, it delivers a full-bodied and balanced experience, with smooth, well-integrated tannins and a long, refined finish. The wine reflects the character of its limestone-rich terroir, offering depth and complexity in every sip. Carefully hand-harvested, fermented with native yeasts, and aged for 12 months in 30% new French oak barrels, it’s bottled unfiltered to retain its pure, natural expression.
